I introduce you to our new house!! We looked at it last week (even though I have been eying it for a few weeks now) and are in LOVE. It has 4 bedrooms (although the 4th one is in the basement but not finished. It only needs Sheetrock), 3 of them are upstairs, 3 bathrooms (yes 3! The master bedroom has it's own bathroom! Nothing spectacular, like a jacuzzi tub, but it has it's own), one upstairs, and a full bath in the basement. The basement is finished (YAY!!) and HUGE. There is plenty of room for David to have a play area and for us to put the TV down there. There is a living room upstairs next to the kitchen and dining room. I'm excited to have counter space and storage space again! There is a pond in the backyard but we don't have a huge hill like we did at our old house. AND they have cattails around the pond! When we lived in our other house we had to cut the 'weed's' or the city would fine us. We didn't like this as this caused geese to come into our yard and there were hardly any birds. The house is in a cul-de-sac off a very quiet street.
The new house is about 5 minutes North of our old house! It'll cut over 20 minutes off of Daddy's drive. It increases my drive a bit but that's OK. All that matters is that Daddy's drive is decreased.
Today we are going to go put our notice in here at our apartment and I'm going to see if any of our friends are able to help us move. We don't have that much to move so it shouldn't be too bad. We'll be moving sometime in January. We're putting in a 2 month notice here so hopefully by mid January we'll be in our new house!
I better get going. Lot's to do today!
