I write this with an open mind. I have only met you in passing and had a brief conversation with you. I do know you have at least one cat due to the 'in case of a fire save my cat' sticker on your door. For some reason I know you live alone but am not quite sure how I know that. I do have one concern and grievance I must get off my chest.
The pounding. I am going to assume you are chopping onions and you had a stressful day and decided to take it out on the poor unsuspecting onion. I'm also going to assume after you've taken out said aggressions on poor Mr. Onion that you turn your attention to dough and are baking bread. I'm assuming it's a small loaf of bread that doesn't need a lot of kneading as all of this is being done after 7pm at night. Perfect timing I might add as my son is in bed trying to get some sleep. I'm sure he is getting use to the pounding because he doesn't get up anymore.
I am still going to assume that after you are done kneading the bread dough you are going to rehang that picture for the one millionth time. I am glad we have nothing hanging on that wall as I'm sure due to your frustrations they would all come crashing down.
May I make one small suggestion to help with your pounding? Instead of giving Mr Onion, Ms. Bread, and Sir Wall a headache why don't you join a gym and trying boxing. I have heard this is very good at relieving stress and also beneficial to your body. But I'm not going to go there. I suggest possibly anger management might help you. It is easier and more beneficial if you talk about what is bothering you instead of abusing in adamant objects.
Do you know what? I have a better idea. My husband, son, and I will move out. You have been a great neighbor. I will cherish the late night banging and poundings. I will remember you as I hang my pictures in our new house. When I chop an onion I will remember how much joy you brought us when we had to turn our TV up to hear it over your pounding.
It has been a pleasure being your neighbor. May we never meet again.

LOL!
The joys of apartment living! I lived in an apartment that was above the game room and people would choose to play pool at 1 AM. I would creep downstairs at 11PM and lock the game room from the inside then climb out through the window.
Very nice! I love it :)
Goodbye and good riddance!
