Quiet day

Little Man and I stayed home from work and daycare today. Little Man has had diarrhea for 6 days and I was worried he would pass this on to the other kids at daycare. Even though Ms. S. is wonderful and said she would still take him. We are having a quiet day. He’s colored, played with play-doh and even watched me clean the bathroom and put clothes away. When he wakes up from a nap we’re going to watch a movie.

I’m hoping we’ll have a big announcement to announce soon. Although if you are from Adoption Talk or friends of Daddy on Facebook you might have seen and heard what is possibly going to happen. We are so excited and petrified all at the same time.

It’s hard to believe next week is Thanksgiving. This past year really has flown by. We are staying home for Thanksgiving and will enjoy lots of turkey and food maybe a nap or 2. I am off that day and the day after. I’m looking forward to sleeping in and putting up the tree. Due to possible announcement we won’t be decorating as much.
