To loose this gut of mine. Last year I was on a mission to work out 3-4 days a week and lose about 10-15 lbs. Well a treadmill is too boring for me. I need variety. So I got a cardio workout DVD and a couple weights and today was Day 1 of me working out.
It took me 3 trys to get through the 20 minute work out but I did it! I started it this morning thinking Little Man might join in. Nope, he started screaming/crying 'Mommy no dance!'. It really was heartbreaking. So I quit. Tried again when I thought I had time while he was taking a nap and he woke up. So I finished it tonight. It feels so good to get my heart going and hopefully lose this gut and maybe a few pounds too.
I'll keep you all posted on how I do.
