Well I get to have fun this weekend. Little Man has been having tummy issues and abdominal pain the past month or so. I took him to the doctor yesterday and he is going to run some tests which require a poop sample. We tried to see if Little Man would go at the doctor office but that didn't happen. So this weekend I get to go fishing for poo.
There's just one problem. Mr. Independent likes to go to the bathroom without telling us especially when he poops. We have tried to no avail to explain to him how we appreciate him wanting to do things himself this is just one thing he cannot. He knows that the tests will help the doctor find out what is making his tummy hurt.
I'm just not looking forward to fishing. This is part of the mommy duties they don't tell you about. I guess it's in the fine print somewhere.
I better add rubber gloves to my grocery list.
