Ok, I may be a few days late but hey at least I finally dedicated myself to something (last year it was exercise and that only lasted about 2 weeks. Sigh.).
I've decided this year I'm going to read more and watch less TV. After watching 2 shows last week that I can't stand because there was nothing else on and nothing else I really wanted to do, I realized why don't I read more?
For Christmas my friend Ann got me the book Love and Respect by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs. I finished my last book (Multiple Blessings) and was thinking of starting another but didn't know what to read. Little Man LOVES books and I thought it would be a better example for him to see me read versus watching TV.
Ann also is letting me borrow her Chinese Express book. It comes with 2 CD's and I'll be able to learn and talk Chinese. I am SO excited.
I have added a new section on the right side of the screen that will show what books I am reading. Let me know what your reading and any suggestions you may have.
