Daddy and I decided last night Little Man is old enough to start saying his bedtime prayer with us. So I started the prayer and told Little Man to repeat what I said. Here’s how the prayer went:
Mommy: Now I lay me
Little Man: Down to seep
(OK, this will work too)
Mom: I pray the Lord
LM: Me too keep
Mom: If I should die
LM: I wake
Mom: I pray the Lord
LM: Me take.
(We also say a prayer for S. I say the same words every time we pray for her.)
Mom: Please watch over S
LM: guy bless her. AMEN!! (Guide and bless her)
