I just sent an email to our social worker at our agency asking questions about Embryo Adoption. I hope I'm able to get some answers tomorrow so we can decide on what to do next.
This whole thing about possibly doing Embryo Adoption is very exciting...and scary at the same time.
The exciting part: I get to be pregnant. Bring a child into this world who's life is on hold right now.
The scary part: Doing whatever is involved in getting ready for the transfers. We've never had to do any type of IVI, IUI or other infertility treatments as I have no problem getting pregnant. Pregnancy, will I be very sick? And last but not least...Labor. But I won't think of that until (if it ever happens) I reach that point.
I'm hoping our social worker is able to get back to me on Monday. I don't do well waiting. :)
