Daddy was looking online this morning at some more apartments and found one close to where we already live. He called them up and scheduled a meeting which was right after viewing another apartment.
I like this one too. A LOT. And it has more square footage than the townhouse and the price is about the same (including utilities and all that). Hmmm...decisions, decisions.

I like this one better. The layout is better, no stairs, and a full laundry room! Plus, the kitchen looks more open than the other one. My other suggestion is to give Little Man the Den for his room (He doesn't need a huge room or walk-in closet, right?) and make the other room a guest bedroom/office like you have now. At least until you expand your family. But you don't have to listen to me... :) I hope you get some interviews soon!
I was telling Jeff we need an 'Ann' room. :) So you could have the bedroom and bathroom when you come over and Little Man can stay in the Den. :D
